Link building - UK health market

Link building needed for a UK health related website. Please submit a bid for the following: - 30 links from Google indexed and cached pages - 30 links from PR1 (or higher) pages - timeframe: 30-45 days - site home page must have at least PR1 and domain must have min. 30 backlinks (will be checked with Yahoo) - no directory links / no blog or guestbook comments / no article directories (I might need such services in the future) - I'll provide urls and keywords - I'd prefer not to have my links in the footer Since the target market is the UK, I'm happy to pay a bonus for links from .[login to view URL] domains and/or UK hosted sites. Please submit samples of your previous works and/or provide a description about how you plan to complete this project. I'll contact shortlisted providers to discuss further details. Others might be ok too, but you must check with me before placing the link - No expired domains or domains banned by Google - Links must be free, one way, non-reciprocal - Links must be permanent, active, never expire and not require further payments. - Max. two links per domain (from different pages) - No more than 20 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed - Links must be static html text links including the target keyword phrase in the hyperlinked anchor text - Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc - No fake PRs, java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. - No link farms and link exchange programs or web rings, no rented links, FFA sites, gambling, adult & porn sites, pharmacy sites, illegal websites, hate-based websites, violent websites, cracking or hacking websites, no blacklisted or spam sites, links from "bad neighborhood" sites, ping sites, etc. - Link page should not be excluded by [login to view URL], the link must NOT contain a rel=nofollow tag - No noindex, nofollow, noarchive in the meta robots tag - Links should be all from different class C IP ranges - No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable - No scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, pop-ups, intrusive advertising, etc. - No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat techniques - Links must not be labeled sponsored, links, ads etc. - Links must be manually submitted.
