Fail2ban script install for CentOS with Asterisk + FreePBX

Summary: Create a bash script that will download, install, and fully configure Fail2Ban on a CentOS 5.5 and 5.6 system which has Asterisk and FreePBX pre-installed. Environment: CentOS 5.5 OR CentOS 5.6 Asterisk 1.4x OR Asterisk 1.6x or Asterisk 1.8x installed from Digium Yum Repository - https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Packages#AsteriskPackages-YUM%28CentOS%2FRedHat%29 FreePBX 2.8x installed from Digium repository as well. End Result: You will provide us a script for Fail2Ban which if run on an environment mentioned above using for example ./[login to view URL] will install and configure Fail2ban in a fashion that if there is any attempt on the server to register SIP with an unauthorized account or an apache page is access without authorization the system bans the IP for ever. ***We want all features of Fail2ban configured to fully restrict the system to unauthorized users.
