Building a new Zimbra server

I have an old server Zimbra 8.0.4_GA_5737 (build 20130524120036) in an old machine with Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS. The Zimbra folder id 120GB bigger. I want to migrate this Zimbra to a new machine in same network on a hyper-v host. I already built an Ubuntu 18.04.03 LTS server on the hyper-v host so the freelancer is ready to login via SSH. The work consist in: (The new installation of Zimbra will be a certified server that can send and receive email. It will be behind firewall. I will provide the SSL certificate) - setup Ubuntu as best practice - upgrade older zimbra to new version (or migrate account and mail and calendars end everythings... to the new installation) - setup in ubuntu every kind of firewall or other protection - setup in zimbra every kind of protection - give me spf mx etc infoes... to correctly setup the hosting provider to forward dns - installing zextras - give me infoes about firewall configuration The target is to have a full updated working server of zimbra ose. The work can ONLY be done via teamviewer or anydesk or ultraviewer session.
