Certbot error on centos

I am looking for a freelancer who are expert in fixing certbot on a linux server. I want you to have a look to find out why and fix the issues. If you could take a look on my server and fix the problem to allow me to create the certificate for the domain [login to view URL], that would be great. Happy to pay $30 after fixing the issue.
