Hi! I currently admin two server with PCI compliance, tested directly by VISA. I assume you are using an external service to check your infrastracture (as you mentioned checklist). To fix your issues I need root access to your server and detailed tasks from checklist. I can work trough VPN (if you have PCI compliance even with your external accesses).
