Hello, since your OS is CentOS 7, it would be easiest to use postfix and dovecot and for the SSL certs you could just use LetsEncrypt, it should take no more than 1 hour to configure all of this. Also make sure your server ip has not been blacklisted (for STMP spam etc, else the no-spam thing is going to be diffecult)
