We have an distributed deveopment team (USA, India, and Italy) and we want to setup Fisheye and Crucible on EC2 to facilitate better teamwork and collaboration. You will provide our IT staff with EC2 instance requirements. Our IT staff will create that instance and share instance login credentials with you. You will setup Fisheye and Crucible using best practices (external database, etc...). You will do a GoToMeeting with our IT staff to show our IT Staff how to configure with existing Git repository. You will create users (<10) and groups (<5) we request. You will provide up to two hours of post implementation support to our team (beyond which we will pay you separately).
