Caricature- Quick B & W Head Drawing

Need a quick black on white background caricature head shot of the attached pic. "d2" I realize the quality of the pic is not good but it's the best we got. Must closely resemble the style of the attached toon."mt-toon". Needs to be in a hi res scalable format such as (tif, ai, pds, pdf etc...) so that I can scale it down to about a 2" x 2" without losing quality. a hi-res scan jpeg might do the trick...but would prefer tif, etc... All rights to the work will convey to me. This is an ASAP project. If you draw a quick sketch and I like it I will award you the job and deposit the funds in escrow. A first come w/ a decent sketch first serve type of thing. The budget is no more than $20. Could lead to other projects though. Thanks in advance for bidding.
