In Lotus Notes Client when sending email there is a checkbox under Delivery Options: "Do not notify me if recipient(s) are running Out Of Office." If you send email to another Notes user with this option selected and they are out of the office you will not be sent an automated response.
I use [login to view URL] in Windows 2003 to generate many automated emails to multiple individuals. I would like to have the email generated so that Lotus Notes will not notify me if the recipient is running out of office agent or service.
Changing who the email is from (-f) is not an option, it must remain this valid email address. All recipients are using Lotus Notes.
Here is the portion of the script how the email is generated on the Windows server;
for /f %%i in ([login to view URL]) do (
[login to view URL] -H -b output\[login to view URL] -s "Servers with less than 10 percent Free and less than 2GB:" -f -r %%i -X [login to view URL] -D [login to view URL]
)
Here is the [login to view URL] info;
12/19/2000 07:42 PM 65,536 [login to view URL]
E:\Production\scripts\drvsize>[login to view URL]
