Hiring for fashion startup in south east united kingdom

Looking for experienced and ordinary people to start a small fashion business selling globally desirable styles, unusual pieces and animal friendly vegan and vegetarian products . I need business people who know about marketing, research, manufacturing and sales. I will likely eventually need somebody to design drawings for people in factories to make clothes. i have looked into influencers as a way of promoting the brand. I would like it to become a brand that stocks various styles that go out of sale in more shapes and sizes for people in their 20s but start small . I want to create a lucrative business . I would like to reach out to popular suppliers . I want to start with something affordable ... i don’t want to spend more than £2000 . I have considered adding an identity to the brand by getting involved in causes such as domestic poverty, lgbt rights and support for people with various disabilities. But i like the idea of creating a funny brand for people in their 20s, selling popular fashion and some niche pieces . I think that would be separate . So one brand is like american popular fashion for people in their 20s, and the other is more like balmain, which is the style of fashion worn by models in many places from dubai to london to rome . I feel like many brands come in limited styles and sizes such as mariemur, honeybirdette, and heels for non binary people so would like to cover that too. A name hasn’t been decided on but i have some ideas . it would be ideal if the candidate or candidates are able to travel to berkshire and the southampton area.
