Hi there, I am an Aerospace Engineer with MS in Aerospace CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics). I have an experience of 3 years working with Government and private organizations. I have studied Turbomachinery, Aero Vehicle Design and Computational Fluid Dynamics as my core in MS program and have successfully completed several projects related to CFD and turbomachinery. Hi, Apart from my academic qualifications with B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and M.Sc. in Aerodynamics (PARIS), I have worked on CFD codes such as elsA (CFD code used by Airbus France), DLR-TAU (CFD code used by German aerospace industry), Gerris, Star CD and Ansys FLUENT, primarily in the aerospace industry. I have also worked in the building services industry and have designed and over-seen the erection of HVAC systems. I am also currently doing a similar CFD project in freelancer.com to estimate the CO percentage of a truck loading bay. So I believe I have the perfect profile for this project. I will use Ansys FLUENT for this project, and any geometry modelling, if required, will be done in CATIA V5. I am keeping the milestones and the time frame (if you wish) to be agreed upon later when we have more information on the project. I assume: 1. l get the 3D model (step file) which includes all the elements mentioned. 2. Air flow through fans will not be modeled, but only the flow velocity coming out of the fans and going in will be considered. 3. Direct solar heat gain into the container is not considered. 4. Surfaces and solid bodies will not be modeled using FEA to account for conduction heat transfer. A note: Inside temperature changes if there will be other heat gains inside than the ones specified, i.e. people. So, the practical scenario when in use will be different to simulated results. Dear sir I can do the simulation by Ansys or Solidworks. I am experienced in simulation by closed border and adiabatic and no adiabatic conditions. I would like to know if there is specific properties of material as specific Heat or is standard and i need to know the speed of fluid (air) to know the effect of Reynolds number in disipation of heat. Do need a static or transient state? Regards

Hi, I am interested in this project. I have 6 years of experience as a CFD Engineer. I had done over 200 Car park ventilation, Building HVAC CFD, Car park fire safety CFD, Building thermal CFD projects, Thermal ventilation of Datacenter, Thermal distribution inside the radar container, and all types of CFD projects. All projects are done in industrial standards through my company and separately too. Similar work is done: I had done Thermal distribution inside the Radar Equipment container, which is used for the Defense system. It also has HVAC systems that provide cooled air, the air conditioning units are placed outside the container. The scope is to maintain the Equipment temperature within the limit says 24 to 27 °C by using the minimum resource. Please refer to my portfolio for this project "Thermal Analysis of Electrical component in a container". Details needed: 1. HVAC duct drawings, location of discharge grilles, air flowrate at each grille, and air temperature. 2. Fans that you have mentioned, need fan dimensions, flowrates, or velocity-fan curve details. 3. Heat produced by each component. Duration: To make the project more successful it takes time "a month and few days" not more than that. I have a PhD in Aerospace Engineering with specialization in CFD. I have experience in HVAC simulations. I can perform the simulations in OpenFOAM software which is open source. That way you can save any licensing costs associated with ANSYS and show results in public domain. Workflow will be as follows: - Generation of Mesh from the STL files using Salome and SnappyHexMesh - Fans will be simulated as rotor disk with prescribed inlet, velocity and pressure change. - Heating elements will serve as energy source. - Loss of energy through insulation will be modeled as energy sink. This will be a challenge since we need to figure out how much energy is lost through insulation per unit time per unit area as a function of ambient temperature - The analysis of data and heat map generation will be done in Paraview

Hello there, I have a masters in thermal system design with CFD as a major subject. I have worked on various CFD projects which includes spray cooling, thermal management in heat sink, room ventilation, air purifiers etc. I have recently worked on CFD analysis of air purifier in a ventilated room. Flow rate and flow temperature, flow area from HVAC and fans at each location 3. Heating elements specification/heat flux, heat gain due to any other sources Results can be generated as per your mentioned requirements.
