Build Small Time Frame EA

You are required to code from a program that generates bars less than 1 minute. This program generates small time frame bars & I am required to open up an offline chart to view the small time frame chart. You are to program this program in such a way that the Ea will generate this small time frame within the 1 minute chart without opening an offline chart. The advantage of this Ea is that a back testing can be performed . In addition the Ea will incorporate & use 2 indicators on this small time frame. The programmer will be required to partly do the job of a strategy builder where discretion is essential as to choose wether a particular indicator advised is suitable or not or if a more adequate indicator ( in the programmer's knowledge ) shall be more reliable in this case or if the crossing of certain MAS may or may not produce the desired result. Testing of the completed Ea with good results is crucial. If not then the strategy or indicators shall be altered according to you vast knowledge.
