Dear Hiring Manager I've over eight year experience in system administration. I've configured, deployed and troubleshoots windows server 2003/2008/2012 and exchange server 2003/2010 and 2013. I've excellent configuring and troubleshooting skills of migrating active directories and exchange servers. I've also experienced in powershell scripting. To migrate there is need to install exchange 2010 and for mailbox transfer because directly not possible without using third party software. I've experience in migrating customers from legacy exchange versions to exchange 2010 /2013 /office 365. Let me know for how many users the migration is required , what's the average mailbox size of the user.

Do you have serials for exchange2007 and 2010 ? Becouse of direct migration 2003-->2013 isn't possible. Or you meen, just install new server and create in it same users?

Exchange 2003 will be migrated first to Exchange 2010 and then to exchange 2013. Will require the software and VM for the same. #Will also require the certificates.

Over the past 20 years I have performed a number of server upgrades for clients, including many migrating from older versions of Exchange to newer versions. I would need to clarify a few details before agreeing to take on the project. But assuming you already have hardware and a newer Operating System (2008 R2, 2012 or 2012 R2) in place that will be used to house your new Exchange Server 2013 server, this project a fairly straightforward project. It would involved getting Exchange Server 2013 installed correctly on the new server, with the domain properly prepared for the newer schema required for 2013. It would then involve setting up appropriate DNS entries, certificates and settings to prepare for the migration of users. Then once the users are migrated, the original Exchange 2003 server would then be decommissioned and final testing performed to ensure everything is operational to your satisfaction.
