the easy app

I need someone who can do everything when it comes to computers from building website to coading for an mobile app also the app can be on laptop i have the idea just don't have a clue how to build a websites or how to create an app. My friend and i are willing to have a partnership with the person that will take on this [login to view URL] have no clue about computers we only have a plan and the company/name of the mobile app we have no lawyer's or a whole lot of money just two guy's sitting around one day I came up with an idea for an app he came up with the name for the app and my friend said we need to partner up with someone who can help us that knows coading with computers this app will make everyone's life easier so to all the app people out there please we need your help for this project we are offering partnership when we have it up and running and we'll take about the money side of things because we don't know how much this will cost.
