Make a profile app for ios, ipad and android

It should have these features: - register and view profiles on frond-end webpage. - admin on back-end webpage. - register with multiple levels of rights to see profile sections. in-app buy of some of the user level with email notification for the admin. - register/login with facebook and twitter. - invite facebook friends (private message and timeline message) and twitter for promotiong the app. This page should load after logging in with friend suggestion shown automatically. - edit profile with several personal information (also country and city information which have to be added to database) and with a swipe gallery. - advanced search profile, where can be filtered on all the personal information. - the search results should be displayed as picture tiles. When you click once on a tile some personal information is shown above the picture. when you click again you go to profile([login to view URL]) - send message to user when allowed by user level with push notification.
