Write an Android application

Hi, We are looking for an experienced Android App developer with a proven track recored who can help us out with the development of the following: Develop Android app identical to this one => Xvideoz, marketed in Spain - [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This is a video download/streaming app and we will provide an Api for the content deliver. The app has to make a POST request with these two parameters, e.g.: - sk => bccc4c53fb53637bb4848418323fa768 - cc => DE It returns an xml with all the videos (id, category, thumb url, stream url, description). The business model is 'pay-per-view' by sending in the background sms. The app will be launched in several countries and therefore the language, graphics, content and billing mechanism will need to be adjusted depending on the country in which the app is downloaded & used. The mainframe/layout/menu/flow will be identical to all countries, it's just the language settings, delivered content, graphics, text elements and billing details that will vary. Therefore, before the download start the app should read the language and country settings from the device itself and load the country-specific version (graphics, billing settings, texts, content requests). On startup the concrete root element of the content tree differs. We will provide an excel sheet with all the country specific settings: payment related information (short codes, keywords, etc,) and one list with country specific texts like the disclaimer, imprint, etc. Alternatively we can also create individual country-specific app versions.
