Create an iPhone/Android App with GPS

I"d like to create two-way iPhone and Android Application with the following specifications: - the application has two user interface. -the first user interface allows the user to click on an icon for sending a message with his location. - the second user interface receives the message and shows the location of the first user. - the second user interface shows also the road to get to the location of the first user. t Also there should be a Click2Call - Button. the application should work on for Android an iPhone.
