Write an iPhone and Android application

I need to develop a mobile application like iBooks with some differences, I will use this application to publish some of my books to the young school students. - the app have to be bilingual Arabic and English - the app have to contain all the books with style like iBooks.(can work offline) - the user can not add or remove any books - I will provide the books in PDF formate and you have to convert it to e-books formats. ( we will start with 1 pdf contain 90 pages) - the required is iPhone/iPad/Android applications we need this application in very small period. we will not release any milestones until we received a complete tested app. I need the price for the app with 1 book only. The developer must have a good experience not a beginner please. Best Regards,
