Write an iPhone application

We are looking for someone to redesign slightly (WE HAVE THE AMENDED DESIGN and it is in iOS standards and dimensions... we have the AI files and the transparent PNG files... we're trying to design this for the iPhone5 ONLY for the moment... it's TWO screens... with menus... We've given it to our developer and for some reason he can work out the functionality, the functionality is mostly all working but this design somehow seems to be getting the better of him... We need someone to just put it together for him in the format he requires it for our iPhone5 application (the interface had a redesign on it) but he keeps putting menu bars that we had at the top on the bottom and vice versa, things that are on screen 1/2 he's putting them on screen 2/2 .... We've sent him the AI files, we've sent him the PNG Files - all I can put it down to is negligence... I repeat this is a very very simple process - you're just taking our screens - making sure that you recreate our files inside the iPhone5 screen - there are TWO screens to be rendered from our AI files... the AI files show the overall layout and the PNGs are transparent and cropped for retina size... we have to pay subtle attention to the size of the icons and the colours of the backgrounds. Anyone coming to me with big bids will just be ignored, looking for someone to do this really fast - the faster the better... This really is a micro micro project - I'm sort of talking 2 screens here about maximum $50 - $60... anyone of value I will of course show you the screens so you can adjust your bid accordingly...
