Build a very basic mobile app for POC

I need someone to help be build a very basic platform for a game and some content delivery on an android device. I am NOT asking for game development itself. This is a proof of concept exercise. You will deliver the following: 1 - A mobile app with Facebook, and google login capability. 2 - A splash page upon login that plays a default music theme, and has a menu of options: 2a - Option 1 is the game. Upon clicking here, the app will take the user to a blank page which will play another song, and have one button to return to the main menu. 2b - Option 2 is the story. Upon clicking here, the app will display text and play a song. 2c - Option 3 is the graphics. Upon clicking here, the app will display a series of graphics. 2d - Option 4 is music. Upon clicking here, the app will display a second menu with songs to click on. In this version there will only be one song. Upon clicking here the app will play a music video. 2e - Option 5 will be tickets. Upon clicking here, the app will display a list of possible show dates. Nothing more for this version. 2e - Option 6 is merch. Upon clicking here, the app will display a store where users can buy tshirts and other merchandise. For this version a blank page will be displayed. 3 - Main splash page will have a logout/exit button and a mute button. All code and files will be posted to a git repository for version control which I will provide. All song files, graphics, video, text, and other content will be provided. This project is to build the very first version of the app and prove the concept we are working on. It is basic, just a few pages, most of them blank. I imagine for an expert this would be trivial. Less than a days worth of work. Not looking for colors or design. If every page is black and white, that is just fine. Just want the app set up, login set up, and the very basic content there. Design will be for a future project. I'd also like to have this in the google play store if possible, but it's not clear to me if that is allowed for a non final version which we are going to be testing. Your advice is welcome on this point.
