Developer for Mobile App and Web

We are a California based holdings group, who require two (2) Developers to join one of our remote teams immediately, to begin the planning and integration work with our Design team for our new Web and Mobile App product. The product business model is a Marketplace for services, a hybrid of - [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] / thumbtack.com. We want 2 Freelancers / Contractors who are interested in a long term relationship with us, and becoming part of our team to administer maintenance, and a long list of added features. Project Requirements: Research and self educate to get a clear understanding of what our product is, its purpose and value, who it serves, how it will function, and what it provides. Also analyse existing products that we have identified as our mentor products ( [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] / [login to view URL]), from whom we wish to emulate in some respects, of function flow, design, features. Therefore, it is very important that you understand how these products are successful in their respective industries, and apply the same principles, concepts and functions in the build of our product. Project must be carried out in accordance with the schedule and plans laid out by our Technical Product Manager. Project must be completed and delivered in accordance with the schedule and deadline issued by our Technical Product Manager. Product will be tested in late August 2020, with App deployment on IOS & Android. Expectations and Compensation/Bonus: Developer must have relevant experience in such projects and products, and provide evidence of the same. Must be available to allocate 20 hours per week during the initial development period (2 months), and 10 hours per week thereafter for fix and maintenance period (6+ months). Must be interested in potential of joining our team long term, potentially spanning the next 6 to 24 months. Accept terms of payment as final for the initial development period ($800 total per developer), and $400 per month per developer thereafter. A bonus of $200 per developer will be paid for achieving the milestones within the timeline, set by the Technical Product Manager. Developer must provide social verified evidence of ID prior to any engagement. Prospective candidates are required to send us relevant project experience, and sign an NDA.
