Image recognition machine learning game

I want an app built that uses a smartphone camera to differentiate objects from one another then the app ask you what it is. Once you type in the answer it will store the answer in one location, the app will then ask you further question as to place object in a larger category ie plant, animal so all similar objects are connect. So if the app saw a cat, then you show it a dog it might think they were the same until you correct it. What i want it to do is learn and store infornation from anyone using the app then it would be able to give a best guess based on probability of what the object is then it will ask if its correct then ask follow up questions to put the object in a category and make connection between similar objects like it could tell something is animal but might not know what kind or tell something is a letter but not which one then it will ask you to tell it what the object is specifically I need there to be three iterations of the app. The first includes image differentiation the app must be able to tell difference between objects and if they are moving or not tell difference in color. Once it recognizes a specific object the app asks you what it is and the answer is stored in database divided among connected categories ie letters would be connected to words but still seperate categories. The app asks you what category the object is. 2nd iteration is once the app views an objects it will attempt to identify it. If it views a cup it will say is this a cup yes or no. You answer yes or no and that is placed in the data base so the more questions people answer the better probability the app with be correct. It should be a probability algorithm. 3rd iteration will be the game part you have to capture different item on like a scavenger hunt for example take a picture of a tree or a tiger (it can be taken of another picture) then you put the tiger where you would find a tiger in the zoo or in the jungle. So its a point based educational game.  Once you capture something it would bring up information about the item.
