there have been a lot of moving parts to say the least! Also, I have included my business partner Jared, he is our CFO. I wanted to include him as we are discussing the concept of offering an equity position to you. Here is an overview of what we are looking to do: CloudCoinX - a mobile app in the making which allows users to do the following: Launch new blockchain tokens linked to private equity offerings via CloudFunding PowerPage (a documentation library we attach to each separate project website and [login to view URL]) Exchange tokens issued by other users, track performance via streaming quotes and create watchlists for tokens traded on the blockchain.   Create an online funding profile with each user which allows them to upload documents and collaborate with other users. A Premium version will allow users to access power pages, view project ratings and unlocks additional application features. Mobile App Development Objectives: Users must be able to use the app for the following functions: create new Blockchain Tokens tied to Private Equity contracts (Power Page ownership) Buy/sell other tokens issued Monitor and track the performance/price of tokens through charts and create watchlists Allow customers to upload documents to their token profile Provide a rating system for us as representatives to rate the quality of each private equity Token based on the documentation we verify Power Pages, documentation pages and ratings are a service we will have to manually provide for each customer which elects to create a token. The goal will be encourage the creation of tokens, sell PowerPage documentation services, startup services to make a transaction fee off token contracts bought or sold.
