Remote Property Management Assistant

I'm looking for an AMAZING virtual assistant who will manage around 110 units in upstate, NY. This can be done from anywhere in the U.S., but would prefer someone who can be available from M-Saturday 8-6PM EST. You will not be "working" full time, but will need to be available by phone or text during those hours in case tenants, maintenance, owners or myself need to get in touch with you. I am a currently handling many properties from other owners related to this one and I need a subcontractor to help me with these properties. The owner(s) of these properties speak Yiddish as their primary language so you must be ok with some broken english and/or accents. These units are located in 3 separate buildings. Tasks will include but are not limited to: 1. Setting up Buildium account for new properties - I will set up the initial account and you will enter in all leases and tenant information. 2. Access to high-speed internet and have a smart phone so you can download the ring central app. 3. The ability to take phone calls and record information on needed maintenance and work orders and communicate to the rest of the team what needs to be done. 4. You will report back to me on time and tasks. 5. You must track your time in and provide tasks that were done during those times. 6. You must be able to respond to calls, texts and emails within an hour. 7. Occasionally you may need to purchase envelopes and stamps to send out mailings if in the U.S. Please have a working printer for this You will be reimbursed for postage and paper and stamps if you provide me with a detailed receipt. 8. The ability to call back tenants with updates on work orders from a U.S. based number. 9. Track incoming rent, late rents and missing rent payments. 10. Fax all invoices from maintenance and contractors to me with totals. They will most likely be faxing to you via ringcentral or have a U.S. based fax number or have scanning capabilities to scan and email me paperwork. I need someone who is not afraid to get things done quickly, who can deal with owners changing their mind often and possibly not being super easy to work with. I, however, value people with a great work ethic and as the "middle-man" will help to ensure your success! This will hopefully be a long term assignment. Perfect for people who want to work from home for some extra income and be flexible. You must have references and provide details about your past work history. Property management experienced preferred. I will require an initial video zoom meeting interview as well as weekly email and/or phone calls to touch base on what's going on.
