Write an Android application for Home Security System

Sir, I have to make a security system where external motion sensor will provide a signal in the form of the light or sound. There will be two android mobile one used for camera as sender mobile and other android mobile as receiver so you can make two app for both. On the signal of sensor in the form of light or sound, sender mobile automatically will tack photo, here you have to use sound or light sensor of mobile for baton means baton will click on sensor of mobile, after taking photo, save this photo in mobile. Than send this photo to receiver mobile app, than sender mobile will call to receiver mobile therefore receiver mobile will ring by sender mobile. A baton should be provide in app of receiver mobile thereby click on that baton the camera of sender mobile will on and live video can see in receiver app just like video calling from receiver to sender mobile. Received image and live video on receiver mobile should be save in receiver mobile, so that received image and video can see later time also. Sender mobile will hang on wall and in the box, therefore no setup or single click need throughout process or starting one time setup. if starting one time setup needed than you may provide a long press single button which will click on sound or light sensor of mobile. Sender mobile app work with off the screen or in background app to save battery power of sender mobile, because screen consumes too much battery power. Whole process should start after receive signal, means camera or any process should be off in mean time to save battery power. Connecting medium of both sender and receiver mobile over only internet.
