write application specification file Appsepc.yml and setup database in cloud

I need someone who professional in AWS and cloud computing and database. I have problem with two things: 1- I have an exe file which I need to deploy it on Ec2 instances in the AWS and run it. but I have difficulty to make the [login to view URL] The application specification file is used by AWS codeDploy in order to make the instance ready for deployment and determine what should I install onto the instances 2- my program run and save the result in database in EC2 instance. I need to transfer the the instance's database to RDB in the cloud and then delete all records in instances's database.
