Dear Bidder, I need to develop a specific IVR query that goes as follows: 1-) Receive incoming call; 2-) Based on Caller ID, Kick off an API , to check whether account exists; 3-) If account does not exist, kick off an API that will create account ( will be provided); 4-) Speak: Your account is credited; 5-) Hangup the call; 6-) Kick off a system function; 3-b), if the account does exist, then 2-) Speak: your account is being refilled; 3-) Kick off API that will credit this account; 4-) Hangup the call; 5-) Call a system funciton; This can be done thorugh Asterisk or anyother technology that you can suggest. Solution has to be maintainable and easy to evolve to further functionality later on.

I have done a lot of asterisk projects. Please look to my profile. Your project is doable. It is easy. I use asterisk with python for api. Asterisk will receive the call, then using the callerid will be called our script that will check it and then based on this will do one of the requestion function. The script will be very clear and easy to change then. You will have also a free week of support after the work is done.

Hello, I have plenty of experience in the VoIP / Telecoms industry and I can develop this IVR for you on either Asterisk or Freeswitch but to be honest I would highly recommend Freeswitch for this project since it can scale far higher than Asterisk.

I can develop a specific IVR for you using either recorded or simulated voice and link it interactively to your , existing database system. using AGI through php in asterisk. This excercise is pretty straight forward, should take 2 days once everything is in place.
