Hi there, I understand that you need to build a dashboard/report for tracking employee related metrics. What I would like to propose is an end to end solution which includes visualization of all the important metrics in the form of a dashboard. Moreover, instead of designing the solution in Excel, we can move the visualization task to Power BI which is very similar to excel but much more powerful in-terms of it's capabilities, we can discuss further about it over chat.
