Modify a classifieds website based on Laravel 5.7

I need some changes to an existing website which is based on Laravel 5.7. This is a classifieds website similar to Gumtree or Dubizzle and is still under development. I want these things to be added to the website; 1) Finalize the “Post Ad” page and write the backend. 2) Messenger Similar to Gumtree or Dubizzle, you can chat with the seller or buyer of the product. 3) Some minor AJAX based functions, like adding a button to the listings to add the Ad to your favourites. 4) Some extra backend functionalities, like showing a limited number of featured ads on every page of the listings while you search. 5) Finalizing the homepage. I require this by the 20th of this month. The budget may slightly be increased, I will pay what you’re work is worth.
