The more gas people you bring to your client the more your client are happy and stay to pay a monthly fee. The gas people don’t need to be registered to be on this alert list, they can just enter their name email and whish list and they will be automatically notified when something new is posted and meet their criteria’s. - The system will take any add offline/online if the warning sent form the system is ignore. Not deleting it but it will not let them user to publish it back. - A warning system will let you know if a person just unpublished his add, so you can go to a specific page and see who is published and who is not. Who pays and who doesn’t pay yet or stopped paying. - A much better way for people to sign up and create an add. Having better steps to sign up. - Having many entry to sign up not only form the sign up page but from all pages with a flashing banner that gets their attention so its very easy to sign up, possibly maker a graphic to show like signing up is like 1-2-3 - A PayPal and credit card logos it shows more serious - A logo that shows that you have a secure server and they can sign up securely, so I would add an SSL certificate, you pay those once a year. I will not include it on m y quote yet. - Have a very well build and easy to navigate FAQ page. - Having a site map page so people if they get lost can find what they are looking for. - Improve the way we display the properties when we browse them, having more than 1 images and allowing them to enter more information about the land. - A page where people who wants to advertise on your site can sign up to, this will go directly to you and you can ask them what ever for a banner or a space, but I will not make this automated as its wasted money for now I can put it for free with your maintenance plan. But they will have a page with prices + info + a professional form to fill out.
