UCC Label for experienced professionals only

We need to have an ASP.NET solution which can generate UCC label. The developer must have experience in doing similar job before. He should know how to use ASP.NET library for UCC label. The application must be written in Visual Studio 2003. Project features: - It can generate many types of UCC label of different requirements. Therefore, you need to create the schemas so the text data can be fed and label parameters such as length, width, font, zone location... The data files should be able to validate against that schemas. The schemas can be flat file or XML [login to view URL] text should be able to edit manually if needed. We will map our data to that schemas. - The UCC label must be able to support bar code for at least: SSCC-18 and SCC-14. - UCC label can be displayed, reloaded and printed with multiple labels at the same time. - The code should be flexible in module so we can use it separately or connect with data in our current system (discuss later). Requirements: In order to get the sample, description, and requirements of several types of UCC label we need you should provide us the proof that you have experience and knowledge with UCC label so we don't waste time. You should know the SDK of ASP.NET which will be used for coding. You should be able to provide us the schemas and layout of the project. Thanks
