1. Good experience & exposure to Oracle Order Management and Shipping modules including configuration & Oracle process flows 2. Good experience in designing functional design documents for business requirements 3. Interact with business users and understand the AS-IS business process & identify gaps which in turn should be converted the business requirements to functional design documents 4. Interact with technical team to provide clarifications on technical development components 5. Train business users on Oracle process flow (standard & custom) designed in the Global IT team 6. Coordinate with the Global IT team to ensure appropriate business process flows are identified for testing & user training during each milestone
