PCB DESIGN using kiCAD - (For "Sirius Sat T")

Need a well experienced person to design a PCB layout using kiCAD tool. Schematic design is completed then the layout design needs to be started and to be completed within the defined time period. Skills required : a) should have a prior experience in designing of multi layer board b) should be experienced in designing analog, video and power supply sections c) should be able to accommodate the new minor changes (if anything found using schematic review, during the course of design) d) should experience in constraints entry and update e) need to provide the files Required for PCB fabrication, stencil manufacturing and assembly. f) layout design will be accepted only after having bilateral review.
