80848 Add features to classifieds

I would like to add a few new features to exisitng classifieds scripts and solve a small cookie related login bug. 1) user/feedback rating similar to that used on ebay/scriptlance/amazon 2) keyword notify system to email users when an ad containing their chosen keywords is palced. 3) auto expiry and deletion of exisiting registered users if they do not renew their membership after an email expiry notification. 4) solve the cookie based login problem - I often get a login error saying cookies aren't enabled even though they are :) You can see the scripts I'm looking to add these functions to working at [login to view URL]
