84260 Real estate classifieds

Looking for a script to clone the real estate listing classifieds system at Yahoo - see [login to view URL] The finished product should be able to replicate all the functionality found under the "Buying a home" and "Selling a home links" found at that URL (e.g. list results, detailed results, alerts etc) At the moment I'm not concerned about the other features - Find an Agent, Neigborhood Profiles etc. The system should be able to accept individual classifieds but also large bulk listings in a similar way to that specified for the Yahoo UK listings at [login to view URL] The system should cover both properties for sale and properties to rent and is intended to cover both the US and the UK (The search form(s) on the site must be suitable for both countries - compare [login to view URL] with the "More Options" search form at [login to view URL]) Finally, I VERY much like the way the search results are displayed at Yahoo and want something equally neat (other real estate listing scripts I've seen leave a LOT to be desired).
