222236 Script install problems

I am having difficulty installing a script called JV Manager 1 on my CPanel VPS. I have successfully installed the script on a hosted CPanel account but receive the following errors when attemting to install the script on my VPS: [Mon May 12 13:38:41 2008] [error] [client [login to view URL]] CMD: chmod -R 777 /home/myfolder/public_html/jvm-supl-tk, referer: [login to view URL] [Mon May 12 13:38:40 2008] [error] [client [login to view URL]] CMD: cp -R JVM-www/* /home/myfolder/public_html/, referer: [login to view URL] Obviously , I will provide my domain and folder name to the successful bidder. I am using WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.6-R24255 CENTOS Enterprise 5 i686 on virtuozzo - WHM X v3.1.0 I would like this issue resolved as quickly as possible and will need a written report of what steps were taken to resolve the matter.
