Phonegap App

I want to create a phonegap app that will run silently in the background of the phone (I will need the app to be optimized so that it doesn't drain the handset battery unneccessarily). Once the user logs in, the app will auto connect to any SSID that it can find. It will query an API (which I will provide) to obtain the SSID username and password. The API will either return a) return 'Unknown' - in which case the app will do nothing b) return the username and password - in which case the app will auto connect, chime/play a sound (i.e. sound notification) & send a vibration notification to the handset Other app features apart from the WiFi auto connect feature include ☑ Access point search page (I will provide the URL of the page, and you only need an inapp browser to display this page) ☑ Ability for our UNIX server to send messages (i.e. alert notification) to the app, and it will be displayed directly on the handset as a flash/notification message. You will therefore need to develop an API for this ☑ Ability for our UNIX server to send messages (i.e. alert notification) to the app, and it will return with the current handset geo-location info i.e. longitude/latitude coordinates. You will therefore need to develop an API for this. You will be required to to generate Android, Blackberry 6+/10, iPhone 3G/3GS+ apps from phonegap. Finally, please confirm how soon this project can be delivered. If you haven't developed a phonegap app in the past (which you can easily demo to me) - pls do not bid for this project. I am happy to fund the project via 3 milestones payments (release is post task.) Happy bidding!
