eBay Designer Template

I need this picture file converted to HTML for use as an eBay template. The pictures inside the graphics boxes are only samples. I will insert a link to photobucket for each listing. I also require the blank boxes to be text boxes with wrap around text. I do not have nay grahic imgages. These will have to be either created or taken from this pic file. ( I have this file available in a 4MB HIgh RES) Please not I will not pay more than 30% upfront milsetone. We are a large Australian Company and I am happy to provide our details. There will be approx one of these templates needing created per month All detail in this HTML is required incl, background, borders, shading etc..
