improvements, render, plan, elevation and section of my sketch up cafe

**Work is needed very soon** Main things that you must know: How to use SketchUp How to use Photoshop How to use AutoCAD I have created a cafe using sketch up and would like someone to improve upon my work. You must first fix any of my existing work, by making sure everything is in place all the open space are closed etc. then you must improve on it by maybe adding some of your own ideas into the project (any major adjustments must be confirmed by me), adding furniture, add lighting, adding frames to the glass, changing the colours (if needed), adding people, cabinets coffee machines but mostly adding more detail to it. After this you must render the cafe either in photoshop or another professional program that can make the cafe look more lifelike and presentable. This is the most important part. I will need renders from different angles only at daytime. The render must be in the site that i will give you, there are many images available of the area on google maps and we will decide on which angles it should be in (one must be on the top of the stairs). The next part is a plan in AutoCAD. You must export the file from SketchUp into AutoCAD and create a plan of the cafe. You must also create sections of the cafe at the roof and walls trying to expose the materials used. Also making a render of the section as a silhouette. If you've done this before then this shouldn't be too hard and or take that long. It needs to look professional and presentable.
