220840 Availability - booking engine

Hi all! I am looking for availability - booking solution for hotel , cars, yachts etc (same script - multi purpose). I cannot plan exactly how it can be so i will need a proposal i guess. That i want it is extreme simplicity to use (both : user and admin) Nice example of user frontend is [login to view URL] (click on a hotel and try to make reservation) First it asks check in and check out dates .. after it shows all available products and quantities (single room QTY 8, double room QTY 2 etc) so you choose which you want and home many of that , after your details , credit card and finish. I like this way, i want the same. Now is the administrator area. (the difficult plan) The administrator area must have configuration tabs with options like company details , payment options , products , products options. And of course the availability calendar Company details will be like : Hotel Greece , Athens , tel 999 5555 12, fax , email etc Payment options will have payment processor settings For example : in my case i would like to use proxypay payment processor , so the settings fields can be like : merchant id, password, server url etc. (for begging i would like one processor but in future ability for more like paypal, [login to view URL] etc.) In products the administrator will setup his products : Add,edit,delete products Add new product : for example Single room , Quantity 25 Double room , quantity 15 etc Maybe the quantity is not good idea and is better to each room as single product in db.(dont know you tell me) Except products there will be products options : example : baby coat $10 extra /day , breakfast + $5/day Also i think that solution can be used for car rental service or yacht services etc. Only the products descriptions changes. Instead of Single room will be Fiat Panda , instead of $10 baby coat will be $5 baby seat or $30 extra insurance. I am attaching you the merchant intergration guide of proxypay payment processor. I am web designer and i need that for my 2 clients i have (hotel and yachts rental) I hope i have describe my needs as better as i can. Your proposal will help me more i guess. And i would prefer to give this project to somebody who has made similar complex projects. (i would prefer ajax technology (single page interface)in frontend and backend)
