340684 Community Site Update

The website is like a community website, build with PHP/mySQL/html. *It has a current template system, but I dont like it, very hard to manage the site. *Dont like the control panel. *Lack some features in the FrontEnd and in the Backend *Will like to manage every aspect of the site, from the Admin Panel. *I will like to add new features, like a simple cms,whos online, and more+... I will like to use a template system, that will allowed me to have diffrent template for each section, was thinking TPL. The website contains 6 Sections, so I will like to be able to control the design for each of those sections, and also control the Modules, for each section, and their settings. **I HAVE the new design, already coded, with all the ajax modules, but its static, so you need to converted and apply it to the new template system. I have a budget of 500$usd + 100$ Bonus. Heres the Problem, I need a updated version ASAP; The updated Version needs to contain the template system, and some features.
