Paypal Adaptive Accounts Module

We are an online lawncare services company; looking to build Paypal's Adaptive Account API into our website, through which a new contrractor should be able to create a new PayPal personal account. For this setup feature we are looking to use Paypal's Account Creation Using a Minibrowser to pop up a window on top of our application. We don't want to redirect to Paypal's site to create a new account so be aware that the new Minibrowser flow is the way we would like to go. After user create a new account, we will need to get the new account login email address and check if it is verified. Looking forward to working with the most experienced and yet lowest bidder.
