44570 Add/edit on to Humor code site

I own [login to view URL] and I need to add some sections and edit some old ones. Here is what I need done: 1) Combine the Funny videos and other videos section into one section called "Videos". I would like to keep all the codes to the video as it is so people using my codes are still pulling in my videos. 2) Create an insults section were I could upload a mp3 or wav file and a line of text. It would work just like the Picture and video sections except instead of uploading a mpeg or jpeg it would be a mp3 or wav. 3) Change the way users submit videos. 4) Add a games sections. it would work like all the other sections and I would upload the swf and thubmnail. 5) Ad a myspace tools section where i can make a page with the tool on it and uplaod the URL and a thumbnail. *note all new sections will be displayed on the front just like the video and picture are. And all memebers should be allowed to submit a game insult or tool and has to be approved by me just like all the video and pictures are. I hired a programmer to make this site and he used PHP. So you would have to know PHP to do this project
