195905 Graphical Countdown Tickers

At present we have some existing graphical countdown tickers for our parenting forum which were created by another programmer, of whom I have been unfortunate in contacting for further work/maintenance to them. I would prefer somebody who is experienced with countdown tickers and knows how they work as well as how to alter and fix them efficiently. This is what I require for updating/changing the tickers: 1. At present they count down days, months and years for events. I would like to incorporate weeks as part of the countdown display. 2. Pregnancy tickers have 2 options, to count down to a set due date, and also to count up 40 weeks from a set date (ie. X days since conception). The 2nd option needs to be repaired, at present any creations come up incorrectly as a broken image link. 3. The ticker creation pages (3) currently made up of php code to be integrated into our forum design, or into basic but effective html webpages which match our forum. 4. If possible, an option to prevent specific websites from hotlinking images used for the tickers. 5. Some .png format images are displaying incorrectly (blotchy) when used for ticker designs, it would be great if this can also somehow be fixed. More specific information can be provided on request.
