63589 Link Exchange Modification

I currently have a link exchange script I would like have worked on, currently it's written in php naritive code and it currently does not use templates, I would like to convert it to use PHP ADODB and use smarty templates. Requirements: ============== - Use Smarty templates [login to view URL] - You may use generic templates don't worry about graphics in fact I perfer no graphics. - Use Adodb for php [login to view URL] - Use bare min for adodb can find out how to do this in documents for adodb download. - have anything admin in a folder called /admin - have anything member in a folder called /members - I would like the ability to make any changes in a admin section - I would like the ability to make any changes to templates in the admin section. - I like using a class for [login to view URL] so any variables be stored there. An example is provided in the zip file. - Code needs to be written with globals turned off, that means using $_POST and $_GET - You must have your own server to do tests, - All files must be have comments, the more comments the better - Programmer must write good english comments. - Developer must keep a written record of everything that was done. and example is provided in the zip file. - I mostly do contact by email. I will expect updates to be emailed to me. - Half payment will be delivered when it's working on your server and the other half will be delivered on and code has been inspected for above requirements. - Code is keep confidential, I already had to sue one developer who I paid to program and they he sold the code to another clinet. I don't have time to track you down, I need someone I can trust.
