3 Modify PHP

This is a repost, I narrowed down and added a few things from the original project. More work if you do a good job. Escrow for you prior to you starting, released upon 100% completion. $50 Add top 8 feature so users can select which 8 friends are displayed. $30 Fix delete feature so users can self delete accounts $30 Add feature so users can delete their unwanted photo comments $40 Fix error message when browsing with zipcode (my other script doesn't do this) $30 Use cookies to avoid continuous signing in $30 Fix problem where users can somehow have friends listed more than once $30 Fix problem causing people to show up multiple times in whos online $30 Make it so users can't post comments/messages/bulletins, etc. more than once in a 60 second period of time. $40 Make it so users get emailed only once until next login, not 10+ emails throughout the day. $50 Find another way to secure site without using \ before apostrophaes. (ie. it\'s, can't there be another way around this? - comments and messages and everything look funny this way. How does myspace for instance do it without the slashes?)
