4931 PayPal Script

I wish to have someone create me a special html form that would include 35 fields for the user to fill in. When the user presses the Submit button this information is sent to a paypal to receive payment. Once payment is received, the user is sent to a thank you page. When paypal sends me the email, I want all 35 fields sent with the email. Normally this is very sinple to do with paypal. But the only problem is that paypal has a limit of 10 fields and I need 35. I will supply the 35 fields needed and any other required information to the winning bid.
