61384 Freestats clone

I need a [login to view URL] clone. I know many of you have created this already, I would like something that is already created to hold the cost down. This needs to be able to handle large volume websites. view the plans at http://www.freestats.com. I would like to be able to make a few levels of users from free to premier. All users get the choice of a banner like hitbox uses or no banner (invisible). Free users see some ads in the stats area and their stats are open to the public. The paying users get no ads and password protected ads. This is going to be running on a Windows 2000 server. It can be ASP or PHP and can use MYSQL or Access.
