Live and Streaming Uadio

We need someone who can develope a script that will allow us to post live audio so as we are broadcasting live infront of our fans we can also be broadcasting it over our website. We also need sometihgn that will take a mp3 and make it streaming audio so the user does not have to wait for it to download, we want it to begin downloading as soon as they click on the file name. This project needs to be completed ASAP and if you can get it developed within a day or two you will be granted a hefty bonus. We also have several other higher dolalr projects that we need taken care of and if all goes well with this project the selected programmer will be granted this work as well.
