NEED ADDITIONAL WEB PHP PAGES

Hello, my company needs to add a few pages to an existing site. We need the follwoing: 1) Page that can hold 8 small clickable images and price of item under images 2) If the image or item is selected, a new page would open showing a larger version of the thumbnail item with the price which the purchaser could add to their shopping cart. I am intending on carrying about 20 items which can be purchased by Paypal shopping cart. We need a category for Christmas Cards (14 )and one for Stationary (6). We need these pages added to my existing site where we are currently offer membership based electronic greeting cards.
